The California Chapter of the Renters Association of America is the first of it's kind. It's an idea whos time has come and has been in demand for a number of years.

It all started with an Idea. As a renter in California for a number of years, I was very discouraged at the inability most renters had to defend themselves when it came to renter's issues. Legal, or not, these issues didn't seem

to ever get addressed by any of the landlords or the legal system in general.

Rent increases, un-returned deposits, slip & falls, complaints, lease discrimination, and any other issue are brought up to our in-house legal services.

Need to sell something, maybe buy something? go to our classified section to sell or find what you need.

Just like any other orgaization AARP, COSTCO, etc., there is power in numbers. The larger our organization, the deeper the discounts we can demand and the better the products we can get.
