It is the goal of the Renters Association of America California Chapter to provide a venue for it's members and affiliates to share in the benefit of the group dynamic.

By organizing in sufficient numbers,RAA California Chapter can approach vendors, suppliers and others and negociate substancial discounts on products and services.

The California Renters Association is a national organization planning individual chapters in each of the 50 states.

California is our first chapter and the test area for our organization. As we demonstrate the legitimacy of our service, we will franchise our concept and our contracts throughout the country providing the same benefits to others nationally.

We negociate products and services for our members that they need.

Because of the large number of subscribers, we have a great deal of clout with vendors and companies to get the best deal we can for our members.

It's a matter of history that large groups get substancial discounts when approaching vendors. We have seen this with such companies as COSCO, WALMART, AARP and others.

Part of our main focus will be on services that renters face and deal with every day. Moving services, truck rentals, Storage facilities, shipping, etc. These will be our main focus as well as renters insurance, legal advice for lease or contract needs and relocation help through our national presents.

We will have the ability to allow our membership to correspond with members and associates in other states and areas to aid them in finding new housing, local schools, etc.

Our objective is to provide a group which represents a majority of the population in some states an opportunity to get goods and services at small to large discounts due to shear numbers.

We will negociate with major providers of goods and services, even name brands to bring our membership discounts and special offers not available to the general public.

We also help renters with landlords who take advantage of the lack of laws protecting them. Rent control laws protect renters from outrageous rent increases or unfair contracts. We can help with these problems to.
